Service Description:
This website offers the sale of League of Legends accounts and account leveling services.
Purchase of Accounts:
When purchasing a League of Legends account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as required by HandLeveled's registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and payment information.
You acknowledge that all sales of League of Legends accounts are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a proven error on HandLeveled's part or if the account information provided is incorrect or does not match the description.
You agree to pay all fees incurred through the use of HandLeveled, including the purchase price of the account, any applicable taxes, and any other charges that may apply.
HandLeveled is not responsible for any additional fees, such as exchange rate conversions or bank charges, that may be incurred as a result of purchasing a League of Legends account.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up-to-date and correct, and HandLeveled reserves the right to cancel or suspend your purchase if payment is not received or if payment is declined.
Upon completion of a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with the account information and details. If you do not receive the email or have any issues with the account information provided, you must notify HandLeveled within 24 hours of the purchase in order to resolve the issue.
Account Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including password, and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify HandLeveled of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to immediately notify HandLeveled of any unauthorized use of your account, or if you suspect that your account information has been compromised.
You agree to not use your account for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that HandLeveled may, at its discretion, terminate or suspend your account if it determines that you have violated these terms of use or engaged in any unauthorized or illegal activity.
HandLeveled reserves the right to deny access to your account for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of HandLeveled's services, or violations of these terms of use.
Account Transfer:
When purchasing a League of Legends account, you understand that the transfer process may take time to complete, and that HandLeveled is not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the transfer process.
You acknowledge that the transfer of a League of Legends account is subject to the policies and rules set forth by the game's developer, Riot Games, and that HandLeveled is not responsible for any restrictions or limitations that may be imposed on the transfer of an account.
You understand that HandLeveled is not responsible for any account bans or suspensions that may occur as a result of the transfer process.
You understand that HandLeveled is not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise between you and Riot Games, and that it is your responsibility to resolve any such issues directly with Riot Games.
HandLeveled may, at its discretion, choose to assist in resolving disputes between you and Riot Games, but is under no obligation to do so.
Account Leveling Service:
HandLeveled offers account leveling services for League of Legends accounts. You agree to provide accurate information about your account and to allow HandLeveled to access your account for the purpose of providing the leveling service. You also agree to pay all fees incurred for the use of the leveling service.
You understand that HandLeveled's account leveling service may not be able to provide all the extra features requested, such as specific game modes, champions and flash keys, and that HandLeveled will only aim to fulfill those requests to the best of its abilities, not guarantee 100% completion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your account and your desired level, and to promptly respond to any requests for additional information or clarification from HandLeveled.
You acknowledge that the account leveling process may take time to complete, and that HandLeveled is not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the process.
HandLeveled is not responsible for any account bans or suspensions that may occur as a result of the account leveling process.
Refund Policy:
HandLeveled operates a fair and reasonable refund policy, and will refund a purchase under certain circumstances.
If a purchase is not completed due to an error on HandLeveled's part, a full refund will be issued.
If the purchased League of Legends account or account leveling service is not as described or is not functioning properly, HandLeveled will issue a partial or full refund at its discretion, provided that the issue is reported within 7 days of the purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided or for services that are in progress.
If a refund is issued, HandLeveled will only refund the purchase price to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Limitation of Liability:
HandLeveled will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the website, including the purchase of accounts or the use of the account leveling service.
Changes to Terms of Use:
HandLeveled reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes are made constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
Governing Law:
These terms of use will be governed and interpreted by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of HandLeveled will be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
